The unit Manufacturers a wide range of Braided Cords, also known as Round Elastic Cords, Bungee Cords, Stretch Cords or Shock Cords from diameter 1.5mm to 20 mm(1/16” to ¾”) in spools. We can manufacture Double Braided Cords too. We also have different types of Bungee Cord Assemblies, mainly Hooked cords, Loops, Ball Bungees, Cord Locks, Hog Rings etc. Custom Cord Assemblies and cuttings are also done. Non Elastic Braided Rigid Cords are produced on special orders.

We can develop special product assemblies as per the requirements of the client. We use only First Quality Heat Resistant Latex Rubber Thread , for making the cords. The outer core can be made up of Polypropylene(PP) , Polyester (PE), Polyethylene (PT) , Cotton (CT) and Nylon (NY) Yarn of any colour.
